Machine Substitution Helps Baihong Intelligent Manufacturing Upgrade
In this year's government report, Premier Li Keqiang proposed that "Made in China 2025" should be implemented. On May 19, with the approval of Premier Li Keqiang, the State Council formally issued "Made in China 2025", and "Smart Manufacturing" was positioned as the main direction. Fujian Baihong Group actively responded to the government's call and took the lead in signing a cooperation agreement with the Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry Automation. For the spinning department of the C zone, the quality control department B, and the FDY packaging line of the C zone, it has basically realized digital automatic intelligent packaging with large capacity. The fully automatic digital intelligent packaging line, "machine replacement" reduces labor costs.

"Machine substitution" highlights high efficiency and precision

Entering the spinning department in Zone C of Baihong Group, 14 production lines and 28 square intelligent transport vehicles run back and forth in front of the winder through the track, load the silk spindles in batches, and send them to the rocker robot. Unload the silk spindle and place it on the empty silk car. So far, the whole spinning process is completed. According to Wu Yunshi, director of the spinning department, the winder will automatically send a signal when the winding is full. After receiving the signal, the intelligent winder will reach the destination 5 minutes earlier. It can receive 10 spindles at a time, and each spindle weighs 15 kg. Before using the robot , These are all done by manpower.

In September 2014, the spinning workshop officially introduced robot operations. Compared with manual operations, robots have obvious advantages. First, it saves labor costs and slows down the difficulty of recruiting. 14 production lines save more than 110 people. Second, the robot has a larger transportation volume, faster speed, and significantly improved work efficiency. Third, it can avoid manual errors. In addition, the robot operation guarantees sufficient accuracy. Director Wu said: “Because there are many kinds of spinning specifications, the robot can automatically identify the spinning position that needs to be operated by inputting the password to avoid mixed batches.”

In addition to spinning and doffing, the packaging line of the Quality Control Department of Baihong Group Polyfiber Company has gradually realized full automation.

On the FDY small packaging line of the Quality Control Department in Area C, the robot is waving its arms and meticulously repeating the prescribed actions such as grasping the ingot, packing, placing the partition, and palletizing. After a while, there are neatly arranged finished products next to it. According to Yang Peng, an engineer from the Beijing Institute of Machinery Industry Automation, this set of fully automatic FDY small package line began installation and commissioning in early May, and was officially put into operation in July. The designed packaging output is 20,000 ingots per day, or 5,000 boxes. A total of four robots are configured for the complete set of procedures: 1*6 on-line robot, 1*4 boxing robot, partition robot, and palletizing robot. Specific packaging process: On the second floor, the full wire cart is online-the elevator is on the next floor-the transfer conveyor is sent to the turntable-the on-line robot grabs the wire to the small tray-rolls to the bagging machine and automatically bagging-rolls to Pack the box before the boxing robot-set the partition robot to put the partition-automatic weighing and labeling-box sealing machine-tape tapping-palletizing robot to move the box and palletizing-forklift to the warehouse . In the process, the rolling small tray realizes the traceability of information, and the database information such as the batch number, specification and weight of the silk spindle will be automatically transmitted to the ERP system. In addition, this full-automatic small packet line is also equipped with a lid opener that resembles a train carriage. Stacks of cartons are opened one by one by the lid opener, and are neatly arranged and sent to the packing position through the raceway line.

"Machine substitution" not only helped Baihong's "intelligent manufacturing" upgrade, but also promoted Baihong's quality and efficiency improvement. Jiang Xiuming, assistant to the general manager of the group, helped us calculate an account: ① With 10 kilograms of silk spindles, the robot can work 24 hours a day, which is equivalent to 3 shifts of manpower, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and reduces the amount of labor. Reduced labor costs; ②The robot operates in strict accordance with the set procedures, and the packaging is more precise, which reduces the phenomenon of hair, bruises, oil stains, and mixed batches caused by human factors, thereby improving product quality; ③The robot operates quickly and agilely , Work efficiency is significantly improved. It is expected that the FDY large packaging line currently being installed and the four DTY lines under preparation will have more room for improvement. By then, the work efficiency of the entire C area packaging line will be further improved.
